Crew
Pay: $6.55 - $7.00 per hour
Description: We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who can deliver excellent service with a smile. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Crew members have the opportunity to move up to Crew Trainers where they will aid in the crew training process. Crew Trainers will also receive a pay increase.

Manager Trainee
Pay: $6.55 - $7.50 per hour
Description: As an hourly Floor Manager Trainee, you will spend time learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. The learning process includes development classes within CMG. Training classes will include, but are not limited to ServSafe and BSM (Basic Shift Management). After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity.

Shift Manager
Pay: $8 - $9.50 per hour
Description: As a Shift Manager, you will continue learning our business; gaining experience in managing crew and running a shift. Shift managers have the opportunity to continue development classes within CMG. One of the classes included in the training process is ASM (Advanced Shift Management). While being a shift manager, you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and continue climbing the ladder of opportunity.

Management Opportunities
Salary Manager
Pay: $25,000 - $40,000
Description: As a Salary Manager, you will continue learning our business; gaining experience in managing crew and running a shift. Salary Mangers have the opportunity to continue development classes within CMG. Classes will include EMP (Effective Management Practices) and ROLP (Restaurant Operations Leadership Program). While being a shift manager, you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and continue climbing the ladder of opportunity.
