Description: In addition to the Crew Members' responsibilities, Duties include: - Welcomes customers by inviting them to enjoy McDonald's Beverages. - Prepares and sells Beverages by following procedures and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as espressos, lattes, mochas, cappuccinos. - Generates revenues by attracting new customers through sampling Beverages. - Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions including the priming of the Espresso machine, daily and weekly cleaning of the Espresso machine and trouble-shooting. - Trains other crew on Beverage procedures. - Communicates opportunities to the Beverage Coordinator.
