  Opportunities for crew and management raises will occur at least once a year. These are based on previous performance.

  For monthly Mystery Shop scores of 90 or above, every crew member and manager who worked during the shop will receive a bonus with their checks.

• Employee Recognition

  Each month a company newletter is published that recognizes the Employee of the Month and those who were awarded through the Crew Incentive Program. The Employee of the Month receives free meals for a month, a special hat, and their names on a plaque in the store.

• Discounted Crew Insurance

  McDonald's health insurance is available to all crew memebers and the company will assist with the cost. The amount of assistance depends on the plan each crew member chooses.

  All managers will be entitled to free meals during their shifts as a benefit for their employment.

• Training Opportunities

  Opportunities will be available for all shift members to participate in various levels of training courses. Manager participation in these courses will be decided by the administration and based on job performance. Class completion could lead to higher pay and job promotion.

• Management Recognition

  Managers are also recognized in the company's monthly newsletter for their participation in the various training courses and other successes within the stores. Every quarter, the company hands out Manager of the Quarter trophies to one manager from each store. The Oustanding Manager of the Quarter is chosen as an overall winner and rewarded with a cash prize for a job well done.

• Discounted Manager Insurance

  McDonald's health insurance is available to all managers and the company will assist with the cost. For example, the company will pay 50% of the cost for managers choosing the individual plan.
