Crew Benefits
- Advancement Opportunities
Our management team is always training and watching for employees that want to be part of our management team. We constantly promote from within and advance our crew members into positions as crew trainers, crew chiefs, shift managers, and full-time salaried management positions. If you are interested in management, you should talk with the store manager.
Manager Benefits
- Paid vacation
As a member of the management team of McDonald's you are eligible for paid vacation once you have completed one year of employment.
- Gold Card
A discount card that can be used at over 60 different retail stores.
- 401k
The purpose of this Plan is to reward employees for long and loyal service by providing them with retirement benefits. The 401k is available after the first year of employment to eligible employees. Details of the program are provided upon hire.
- Insurance
McDonalds Insurance Plan is available after introductory 30 period has been met. For more information, see the MIP icon above.
- Flexible Hours
Whether you are a student, a parent or a retired individual, McDonald's has a flexible schedule that is tailored to your needs. We schedule hours to fit individual needs, we work around school and sporting events. Be sure and talk with the manager about your scheduling needs during the interview process.
- Uniforms
We have learned over a period of time that our customers like a clean, well-groomed and neat appearing crew person in the store. To meet this preference, we provide each crew person with two sets of uniforms (shirts and pants) with a hat and a nametag. Our uniforms reflect the latest trends and are very comfortable. Black shoes are required.
- Discounted Meals
If an employee works a shift of four hours or more, he is eligible for a free McChicken or Cheeseburger meal.
