We are pleased to offer the McDonald's Insurance Program, a menu of employee benefits specifically designed for McDonald's hourly restaurant employees. Choices include Medical Benefits, Dental/Accidental Death Benefits, Term Life Benefits, Short-Term Disability Benefits, and Vision Benefits for the employee, employee plus one dependent, or the employee plus two or more dependents (family). The program includes a $150.00 Wellness benefit and a $20.00 co-pay for physician office visits.

We have learned over a period of time that our customers like a clean, well-groomed and neat appearing crew person in the store. To meet this preference, we provide each crew member with two sets of uniforms. Our uniforms reflect the latest trends and are very comfortable.

McDonald's has an established training program which includes various types of materials, equipment and training meetings. You'll actually enjoy working with our computerized interactive training program while learning at your own pace.

Employees may purchase food and drinks during their breaks at 50% of standard menu price. If you work four hours or less, you are eligible for food at 50% of menu price before or after your shift.

The purpose of this Plan is to reward eligible employees for long and loyal service by providing them with retirement benefits. Details of the program are provided upon hire.

The Crew Scholarship Program is a way McDonald's rewards valuable student crew members for their dedication and hard work. The application process is very simple and the requirements are minimal.

Our management team is always training and watching for employees that want to be part of our management team. We constantly promote from within and advance our crew members into positions as crew trainers, crew chiefs, hourly managers and full-time salaried management position. If you are interested in management, you should talk with the store manager.
